There's always 2 sides of a coin.

*updates*

My friend and his gf are tying the knot on next March, congratulations!!

I always believe that everything happens for a reason and there's always 2 sides how we perceive the matters. A scenario from a conversation with a friend yesterday made me pen this post. He told me that he and his gf visited a local bridal shop enquiring for their wedding shoots packages and the shop assistant, being very honest, told him to his face that if he wanted some novelty in the outdoor shoots, there's really not much choice in our little town. My friend was feeling very uncomfortable with what the shop assistant told him, he told me that he knew about the facts that there's no nice place here and that's why he was there to seek for their professional advice and probably their professionalism could convince him to sign up for a package. He left with an unsatisfied heart.

No one is at fault really. In my opinion, if i were in his shoes, would be very happy with the shop assistant's honesty instead, because like my friend, i also know very well with what outdoor scenes we have in this little town and if he is already well aware of that, yet still demanding others to do something about it, i would really like to know what does he expect. No, i am not saying he's a kiasu person (ooops) or kiamsap (oopsie)... ^_^

For my friend, perhaps he was thinking from a "customer's point of view" instead of a groom's view. Maybe for him, he has always been the type of person who wants something that's worth his money, including wedding photos. At least, i see it this way, that's why i dint give many comments on that local bridal studio because personally (ahem) i think that's the best in town and i totally love their service (no i am not being bias because they have the nicest gowns in town, oops). ^_^

I think that wedding photos are something very personal and sentimental to an extent that these photos are able to convey your love story to the viewers. Needless to say, wedding photos are also a legacy of your relationship because it marks the end of a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship to a relationship that carries more significant meanings in life which is eternal. Therefore, i didn't tell my friend that I'm spending almost 3 times more than what he's expecting from the local bridal shop.

A coin really has two faces and i am prepared to take the road not travelled by others in preparing the most significant event of my life (at this stage), so please don't be surprised later, guess i will not reveal anything as yet now because everything still under planning but do stay tuned.
