I never have the chance to tell you that:
1. you are like a big sister to look up to, with your great personality, charisma and attitude, you are a role model for me
2. you are the bravest of all, as you are always challenging yourself and your mind to tackle the impossible to become possible, you are the one who always take the road none travel, you showed that you are capable of doing anything and everything. But most important of all, you have the courage to pursue what you really want, even that means you'll have to go across 100 or 1000 hurdles and forego a relatively comfortable life and future.
3. you always have the funniest joke to crack and the craziest idea to share, yet they are all brilliant ideas. There's always so much laughter and giggling when you are around and i'll certainly miss that.
4. work wise, you are the leader everyone respects and looks up to. That's why age and experience is never a problem for you to be where you are now. Although many think that it's such a waste as this job has become an opportunity cost for the plan, i'd say "go for it, girl" ! As this is not something you'll get everyday, probably it's a once in a life time opportunity and i think this will only make you a better person 3 years later while you'll still be the same person if you stay around.
5. i admire you simply because you are who you are!
